So I searched and hunted down the most sought after videographers, but always and always, I go back to Bob Nicolas’ site! There’s just a signature trademark in his videos that makes it sooo damn appealing to me. May mga videographer kasi na makagawa lang at masabi lang na may SDE, and that’s it. I wanted to get someone who weaves a story and touches you in a mere 4-5 minute video.
So I saw Treehouse, and they were REALLY GOOD! But, again, their fee is too much. I saw Cinemaworks, but they weren’t available on our day anymore.
From The GT Forum, I read about the Bob Nicolas’ brothers, Leo and Rupert Nicolas. It was said they had their own company now, but they have been trained by Bob himself (good enough for me!). Then I started watching their SDEs. Ang gaganda! Whatever the song is, there’s a certain style and way they deliver the couple’s story. Their personalities show through and I liked that.
So I started inquiring to them through email. It was Julianne (Rupert’s wife) and Rupert who has been replying to me, even texting me on my overseas number—I appreciated this. I know how makulit I can be and if they are not able to reply within the day, they were quick to apologize.
I was told that May is the December of summer. We had a Saturday wedding within May so I knew these suppliers would be booked in the next few days or weeks. So I had to decide. Haha, I’d like to say it was me and fiance’s decision, but really, he just merely said no and okay. :)
I booked Notion in Motion two weeks from our engagement.
